Know that this great tale is no mere jest
When a malevolent wind blew from the west
Forth he marched with blade and fist
On a solemn quest to take back what was his
Conquering countless enemies (he crushed them all)
To towers of steel and stone so tall
He came alone, his comrades in far away lands
Not a single soldier under his command

Pump your fists to the sky
There's no need for you to hide
Know that for every tear you cried,
YOU CAN FIGHT ON
Until all your despair has died

He came with a single purpose tonight
One for which he would have gladly died
To win back the heart of his single fair maiden
He'd fight until with dead bodies the sullen earth was laden
His enemies tremble with fear as they watch his approach
Frozen as his blade meets with their throats
For those in his way there is surely no hope
Many save their time with the rope
For how can you defeat a beast of a man so stoked?

Pump your fists to the sky
There's no need for you to hide
Know that for every tear you cried,
YOU CAN FIGHT ON
Until all your despair has died

He lets out a true warrior's roar
As he rides on his bear, begging for more!
He charges them all for the heart of his lady
Screaming to ask if his next opponent is ready
There's no obstacle that can stop this man
For fate will answer his command!

Pump your fists to the sky
There's no need for you to hide
Know that for every tear you cried,
YOU CAN FIGHT ON
Until all your despair has died
Bear cavalry is not mine, but the song is. Was inspired by the image as well as numerous Iron Maiden songs.
